Abstract: This dissertation addresses the influence that education for and for love in the family exerts on the formation of values and virtues of the developing child, mainly in the constitution of those values and virtues that will lead to the formation of a culture of valuing human life from conception. It was intended to investigate whether education for and by love, when carried out by families, could exert some influence on the formation of personal and social values and virtues, especially in the appreciation of human life since the conception. The family is understood as the main space for human development and cultural transmission, while love is understood as an active force, the origin of all human virtues that make a person good. To support the research, studies by different authors were sought, such as Victor Frankl, Erich Fromm, Pierpaolo Donati, Leonardo Boff, Paulo Freire, Alain Badiou and Jean-Jacques Rousseau. The adopted methodology was a qualitative case study type, using the semi-structured interview technique. The participants were 08 (eight) women from 04 (four) different families, with 04 (four) mothers and their mothers, from different socioeconomic and cultural classes, aged between 25 and 83 years. A form containing questions that investigated the sociodemographic profile of the informant and her spouse or partner, when available, was used, as a data collection instrument, as well as a semi-structured interview script. The results show two categories that portray the predominant values in the researched families as well as the adopted education strategies for and by love: love-virtue and love-care. The first encompasses the values and virtues derived from love, learned by second generation women in their families of origin and which are now transmitted to their children, namely: respect, responsibility, solidarity, unity and cooperation and education. The second category was named because it was identified that love is closely linked to care. Who loves, cares and educates through education strategies for and for love that, in this study, were revealed to be 04 (four): the example given, the setting of limits, the attribution of responsibility and dialogue. The results indicate that, despite the moral insensitivity present in contemporary culture, the essence of the human being is love. The interviewed families showed that when the individual receives love, he tends to give love, to become a good, caring and responsible person, who respects life in a broad way and the life of each person in the world in its entirety, from the start their formation in the mother's womb.2022-03-08T00:00:00ZA intangibilidade da legítima e os herdeiros necessários: proteção familiar ou patrimonialização das relaçõeshttp://104.156.251.59:8080/jspui/handle/prefix/47842022-05-13T20:49:48Z2022-04-11T00:00:00ZTitle: A intangibilidade da legítima e os herdeiros necessários: proteção familiar ou patrimonialização das relações
Abstract: The object of this dissertation is to verify if the forced reserve of inheritance currently fulfills the social function of protecting the family, taking into account the new values and family modalities, brought by the Federal Constitution of 1988. necessary to study the origin of inheritance law, the historical origin of the legitimate, as well as its evolution in the Brazilian legislation until its current stage. With this, it was found that the institute of forced inheritance failed to adapt to the aspirations of the new family modalities, thus falling to the ground its main objective, which is to protect the family. In the end, it was shown that the flexibilization or suppression of the legitimate institute would not be unconstitutional. From this, in order to meet the current family demands, as well as to better apply constitutional principles, it was proposed that the forced reserve of inheritance be used specifically to protect vulnerable people.2022-04-11T00:00:00ZRelações de afeto e o reconhecimento da adoção à brasileirahttp://104.156.251.59:8080/jspui/handle/prefix/47312021-12-22T19:51:18Z2021-09-28T00:00:00ZTitle: Relações de afeto e o reconhecimento da adoção à brasileira
Abstract: The present work aims to analyze the relevance of the paternal-filial social-affective
bond as a requirement for the recognition of Brazilian adoption from the perspective of
the formation of affiliation in cases of voluntary paternity. The research intends to
examine the family relationships established from the bonds between fathers, mothers
and children in the context of an irregular adoption. It is worth highlighting affectivity as
a fundamental principle for this family structure in contemporary society. The study
also encompasses the understanding around adoption in Brazil and its peculiarities,
highlighting its evolution in Brazilian legislation. When dealing with Brazilian adoption,
it is proposed to present a dialectical approach to its legal nature. The research
investigates, through the analysis of jurisprudential decisions of Brazilian courts, the
possibility of acknowledging Brazilian adoption based on the registration of voluntary
socio-affective paternity and its repercussions, considering the best interests of the
Abstract: The general objective of this qualitative research is to study the challenges in family
relationships faced by spiritist mediums, especially those whose relatives do not
share their beliefs. Through two case studies carried out with mediums experienced
in the exercise of their faculties, inhabitants of the city of Salvador, Bahia, and
volunteer workers of a traditional Spiritist Center in the city, we collected, through
semi-structured interviews, information about family life with relatives who do not
share the same faith. The study proposes to address everything from the domestic
reception of the mediums' first spiritual experiences, to the conflicts, perceptions and
possibilities of interpreting them through the spiritual, theological and mental health
paths. In this research we seek to study mediumship looking both at the ways of
managing the spiritual experience of the mediums themselves and at the meanings
attributed by the family to such experience. For this, we use not only current research
in the area of Mental Health that seeks to better understand the phenomenon of
mediumship / anomalous experiences, but also bibliographical references in the area
of Psychology and the Family to understand the role of the family core belief system.
about the medium and its consequences. After the meetings held with the mediums,
there was a broad parental perspective that involves not only those with whom they
have descendant bonds, but also with invisible beings, the spirits, who, according to
the interviewees, would have blood ties with them in past reincarnations, which also
became an important aspect of the work. The lack of family embracement of the
spiritual experiences lived brought conflict and mental suffering to the participants,
which was solved only when they found meaning for the phenomena in Spiritism.
Domestic ruptures were also observed, with the consequent separation of its
members. In addition, attempts to seek an understanding of mediumship in the
biomedical field, in psychopathology and in other religious approaches were
abandoned.2021-03-29T00:00:00Z
