| Resumo: | The content of analyzing the context of the recovery of maintenance in the Brazilian judicial system. It thus explores concepts like family and food. Discusses the efficiency of the current judicial model and makes a comparative international law. The method used was a literature review in order to demonstrate the feasibility of the objectives outlined in the Brazilian legal system. It concluded the viability of the stimulus practical alternatives to the civil prison in pursuit of food. Moreover, can be attributed to the State greater emphasis on the responsibility of the food supply to minors. (Tradução livre) |
