| Resumo: | This work has as reference, a research done in bibliographies specialized in the subject covered and courses of constitutional law enshrined in the national legal doctrine, and its central object is to deal briefly with the panorama of theories about the effectiveness of fundamental rights in private relations (called horizontal effectiveness), relating the various theories on the inter-mode of interpersonal effectiveness of fundamental rights, we tried to get away from the ideologies that influenced the first model of its effectiveness in order to obtain a more complete conclusion about the current state of effectiveness and which theory adapts to the characteristics of the Brazilian legal system. |
