Resumo: | The article proposes a study on the liturgical rituals performed by the religion of African origin, specifically Candomblé, considering the process of non-formal education, translated into orality, developed by religious leaders, that is, black women, to reaffirm the black identity. The study was restricted to the study of the structure and functioning of one of the nations of candomblé, the nation of Ketu. The woman within the religion has contributed to a significant role since the period of slavery in Brazil, to reaffirm the black identity. Does the restlessness of the research reflect how non-formal education in the sacred environments of candomblé, the Ketu nation, is developed from the contribution of the black woman, to reaffirm the black identity? The objective is to understand the non-formal educational practices carried out by black women, religious leaders, developed in the communities of Terreiros de Candomblé, of the nation of Ketu, to reaffirm the black identity. For theoretical support of the object we resort to the contributions of the theoreticians Libane (2017), Barbieri and Leonardi (1997), Prandi (1996) and Carneiro (2008). The methodology was carried out with a qualitative approach, using dialectical logic, bibliographical research and inductive and dialectical methods. The result of this study demonstrates that the contribution of black women, in sacred environments, using non-formal education, through oral tradition, contributes significantly to the reaffirmation of black identity |
