Relacionamento abusivo envolvendo mulheres negras na cidade de Salvador

Abstract

Domestic and family violence against women, specifically the approach to abusive relationships, is a phenomenon that can lead to several harms, not being restricted to a particular race, social class, ethnicity, education, age. It consists in the practice of evil acts perpetrated by subjects who have a relationship of affection with the victim. From the creation of the Maria da Penha Law (Law No. 11,340 / 2006), sanctioned on August 7, 2006, having in its core mechanisms of State responses, enabling the encouragement of women to formalize the complaints, understand their procedure, identify the different conceptions of the term violence and the protective measures, seeking resources that allow the minimization of the conflict. Thus, the objective of the present paper is to question the effectiveness of public policies of interventions aimed at women, in spite of the clipping, black women in the city of Salvador. To develop the present study, the qualitative methodology was adopted, using the theoretical-literary procedure. Thus, the social importance of this research is to think about the theme in order to contribute to the realization of rights, starting from a reflection arising from constant debates that arise from the need for the patriarchal and chauvinist deconstruction to which society tries to detach itself. , through feminist movements
