Abstract

The child domestic labor in the 3rd house is one of the most common and traditional forms of child labor. Girls, boys and adolescents who perform domestic activities are "invisible workers" because their work is done inside houses that are not their own, without any control system and away from their families. This group is probably the most vulnerable and exploited as well as more difficult to secure. Child labor is any economic activity performed by boys and girls who are below the minimum age for work permitted by national legislation. In the case of adolescents (above the minimum age but under 18) are considered as child labor all activities that interfere with their education, which take place in hazardous environments and/or conditions that affect their psychological development, physical , social and moral, that is, any work that deprives boys and girls of their childhood, their education and their dignity. The child domestic labor in the home of others refers to all economic activities carried out by people under 18 years off your nuclear family and why they may or may not receive any remuneration. They are girls, mostly, a leading early adult life, working long hours in conditions harmful to their health and development for a low income or in exchange for housing and education.
