A gestão da saúde pública do município de Salvador, no acesso da população idosa, ao nível de atenção primária, frente a um governo neoliberal

Abstract

The imminet work aims to analyze, through a qualitative and qquantitative methodology, how elderly people, who are in the State of Bahia, in the city of Salvador, use primary access, the Unified Health System (SUS) and, if they have decente access. Thus, the questioning arising from the legal reflection presente in this article, concerns how the State and Municipal Public Administration, based on constitutional, principles, elaborates the management and planning of resources destined to public health, in face of neoliberal positions.
