Contribuições da pandemia do coronavírus para o avanço do processo eletrônico no âmbito da justiça do trabalho

Abstract

With the emergence of SARS-COV-2, and consequently the need for isolation on the part of the world population, it became clear the need to guarantee the maintenance of the Brazilian judicial system. In this context, inconsistencies that existed before the pandemic are glimpsed, and certain discussions still remain in vogue in the doctrinal and jurisprudential scenario, such as, for example, the awareness of the work process, the form of access to justice by the population and / or the efficiency of electronic processes. Still, it was found that the theme is linked to fundamental rights and basic principles of the national legal system, such as the dignity of the human person, the right to life, and the legal position of society's best interest.
