Resumo: This research consists of conducting a study on teleworking in Brazil, especially after the labor reform and its consequences. The objective is to understand the practice of remote work in Brazil, the difference between the home office and external work, analyzing the rules contained in the CLT , as well as the changes that came later through provisional measures. This study becomes even more relevant in the current context in which, suddenly, due to the coronavirus pandemic, and the imposition to isolation and quarantine by Law 13,979 / 2020, remote work became an option for continuing economic activity for the vast majority of companies. The new perspectives for teleworking in Brazil challenge companies to adapt, above all, culturally, to this reality, without neglecting the health, safety and well-being of those subjected to this work regime, to continue, the inductive method will be applied in the research , whose analysis technique will be based on main bibliographic researches, through legal articles, constitutional and infraconstitutional norms and national doctrine, as well as legislation, in order to understand the scope of the theme, in face of the massive transformations by globalization, result of the wide modernization process and technological advances.
