Resumo: The productive chain of the construction industry is the largest consumer of the planet’s natural and increased solid waste generator, being civil construction chain that contributes the largest fraction of municipal solid waste, causing significant negative impacts to the environment and to needy population. The highest percentage of construction waste comes from reforms, demolitions and small constructions. In this scenario, the present research was designed to investigate the situation of the management of construction waste in renovation, micro and small business according to the resolution CONAMA number 307/2002, and the national policy on solid waste 12.305/2010. The studies show the ignorance of small generators of legal and regulatory instruments in force and the lack of management of the waste generated in the construction process, pointing out the need for tools to assist in the planning and monitoring of waste in construction sites, proposing an interactive application, to be used in mobile devices, in order to show the flow of waste by stage of the building process, with the possibilities of treatment and environmentally appropriate disposal providing the development manager of strategic actions to reduce , reuse and recycle, and exhausting all the possibilities for handing, shipping for environmentally appropriate, reducing environmental impacts with the generation and disposal of construction waste.
