| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente artigo aborda sobre como é tratada a guarda compartilhada dos animais de estimação e tem como objetivo trazer ao leitor acerca da importância e da maneira de como o ordenamento jurídico brasileiro nos dias de hoje trata as questões que irão determinar com quem continuará a guarda do animal de estimação após a dissolução da sociedade conjugal. Deste modo, será feita uma análise a respeito dos assuntos envolvendo família, divórcio e guarda compartilhada. A escolha desse tema se deve à uma identificação pessoal, em que buscou investigar e analisar quais consequências a não efetivação desses direitos pode acarretar tanto para os animais de estimação quanto para os casais divorciados. |
| Abstract: | This article deals with how the shared custody of pets is treated and aims to bring the reader about the importance and the way in which the Brazilian legal system nowadays deals with the issues that will determine with whom the custody of the animal will continue. pet after the dissolution of the conjugal partnership. In this way, an analysis will be made regarding matters involving family, divorce and shared custody. The choice of this theme is due to a personal identification, in which it sought to investigate and analyze what consequences the failure to enforce these rights can have for both pets and divorced couples. |
