And this ability to take advantage of new technologies has allowed the insurance industry, as well as all other sectors and the general public, to be influenced by the development of digital technologies. It can be said that the technology offers opportunities to increase efficiency, enabling greater automation of the insurance underwriting process through smart contracts. And the use of this technology, Smart Contract, confirms tremendous progress in the field of civil law that deals with contracts in their various phases.
