| Resumo: | This article aims to reflect on the application of the mediation institute in order to address conflict resolution within the family from the Civil Procedure Code of 2015, in addition to highlighting how CPC / 2015 stimulated the use of alternative means in solving controversies. Also encompassing criteria and concepts for the implementation of the means of self-composition in the Brazilian legal system, the development of practices to improve the mediation activity, analysis of techniques used in order to heal and the training of the mediator. |
