Direito ao aborto no âmbito familiar

Abstract

The main scope of this study is to analyze the legality of abortion, its prohibitions, and to promote information on the arguments for and against women's liberality in the face of pregnancy termination. Pointing out the origin of this right in some countries; analyzing the autonomy of the will in the face of legal impediments and within the humanitarian perspective and societal values: Conceptualize abortion based on the Criminal and Civil Code, compare legislation from different countries; highlight the vulnerability of illegal abortion.
