A vivência de valores humanos em família: contribuições para a formação adolescente

Abstract

The research on screen had the general objective of analyzing the way in which human values, experienced in the family, interfere in the social formation of adolescents. And, as specific objectives: Identify which human values are experienced in the family; to analyze whether these values constitute a protective factor for adolescents in conditions of vulnerability and social risk. The work was carried out from a qualitative and exploratory perspective, within a delimited reality, namely: that experienced by students from Colégio Estadual Clériston Andrade, located in the suburb of Ferroviário de Salvador, in the state of Bahia. The research is characterized as a case study and to operationalize it, we opted for the data collection technique known as focus group. Thus, we held five online meetings and one in person (following all the determinations of the health authorities due to the Covid-19 Pandemic). This data collection technique was associated with audio recording and the insertion of some previously formulated questions. We conclude that adolescents have a marked influence of human values experienced in the family environment in their training, and respect for the other was more prominent in several meetings. Finally, it is worth noting that adolescents have a critical position on the various topics that have been discussed, in this way, the influence of human values is accepted and chosen by young people, that is, they are vigilant in the face of the values that circulate in the family environment, with their own positions. , students build themselves relationally, especially from practical examples that they verify and incorporate or not, so it is not about values imposed by their family members.
