Abstract

This study deals with the precariousness of work in the banking sector in the perspective of the collective right and the defense of the interests of the banking category after the labor reform. The general objective is to describe and analyze the current trade union fragility and its impact on the already precarious phenomenon of the banking sector, especially with regard to the physical and mental condition of bankers from the noxious system of goals. To do so, it will be conceptualized and explained the precariousness of work in the health aspect of the worker as well as demonstrated the conditions of the banking work environment. It also seeks to briefly consider the end of normative ultrativity as a preponderant element of the trade union fragility studied. The methodology is an exploratory study of bibliographical and jurisprudential character. Thus, this article intends to contribute to the theme of suppression of fundamental labor rights with the new legislation and discuss the result of the precariousness of banking work.
