Responsabilidade civil no direito de família: relacionamento extraconjugal

Abstract

This article aims at a reflection about the application of the theory of civil responsibility in the family context referring to the hypotheses that arise from the violation of the legal duties related to the family relations arising from the marriage and its deconstitution. Therefore, it is relevant to analyze family relations from the point of view of the new civil code based on the principle of the dignity of the human person, being this basis for relations in society and the solution of conflicts established.
