A lógica do capital e a lei 13.467/2017

Abstract

The main purpose of this scientific article, The Logic of Capital and Law 13.467 / 2017, is to show how much the capital system can be harmful to labor relations. It also reports on the impacts that Law 13467/2017 causes, such as the intensification of labor and the weakening of these relations. There is a need for the State to be the link that maintains the harmony in the work, however the article will show that guided by the economic interest the current government ignores the situations in which the worker for being the most vulnerable end up suffering in the capitalist system as much by the question of hypersufficiency and the constant attempt to suppress employment. Therefore, scientific research will point out the issues that lead the State to omit social interests in order to obtain the private sector's excess of profit through the exploitation of the working class.
