Abstract

This presente article has the purpose to bring up a brief discussion about the responsibility of self-employed professionals in consumerism relationship. In face of the current scene of grave economic crisis, it is to be check the growth of one of big working class who develops its tasks independently and that aspect, it was observed that Code of Consumer Defense embrances some controversies over the responsibility those people. Therefore, without pretension of exhaust the object in question, it tried to elucidate the study with doctrinal and case law basis, examining in the context of Code of Consumer Defense how the civil liability is applicable, when there are means or result responsibility and, moreover, which are the benefits to have regulated the self-employed professionals responsibility.
