Abstract

This scientific article is part of a publication with declared authorship, that presents and argues ideas, methods, techniques, processes and results about the institute of Arbitration on the brazilian entrepreneurial field. The objective of the work is to rationalize around the sights of its usability, to clarify the myths that surround the theme and the decrease of the Judiciary Authority demands.
