This article seeks to analyze the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on business activity and the company's judicial recovery, taking into account the need to implement a special judicial recovery regime to preserve the company in crisis. Social isolation and the implementation of measures by public authorities to reduce contagion, such as closing trade, shopping malls, industries, among others, have further aggravated the financial and economic situation of companies. To solve this problem and alleviate the crisis generated by Covid-19, a temporary change in Law 11,101 / 2005 is essential to maintain the company and contribute to the country's social and economic development.
