Unavoidably, the life has an end and this should be backed in the the principle human dignity, where the doctor should offer the necessary palliative cares for the preservation of the comfort and the patient's autonomy, respecting his will and of their relatives. For so much, necessary it is made an appropriate formation of the professionals of health front the terminality of the life, always acting with base in the principles bioethics of the Medicine.
