Law 11.340 / 2006, better known as the Maria da Penha Law, aims to protect women from any violence, whether domestic, family or sexual. Goal: To know and analyze the multiprofessional approach to women victims of sexual violence. Method: It is a study of literature review of the narrative type, done the data collection by the Virtual Health Library (VHL) in Portuguese language, with publications in the period from 2005 to 2013. The searches were conducted from August to November 2018. Results: The service to women victims of sexual violence is characterized by the reception by a multiprofessional team for the complexity of the biopsychosocial and emotional aspects involved.
