This monograph aims to analyze the legal aspects of police infiltration in criminal organizations, as well as the possibility of criminal responsibility of these agents for the practice of illicit conduct during infiltration. It is a literature review with a qualitative approach, using the dialectical method and carried out through a bibliographical survey in electronic websites, bibliographic collection, legislation and jurisprudence in the branch of Criminal Law.
