In this sense, labor compliance includes the adoption of measures to comply with laws and regulations concerning the employment relationship. The purpose of this article is to identify the extent to which the compliance management system can contribute to mitigate labor liabilities resulting from moral harassment, an abusive conduct that exposes a person to vexing situations, by analyzing this institute in the employment relationship, through review bibliographic.
