2019-09-092019-09-092019-09-092019-06-10https://ri.ucsal.br/handle/prefix/967Euthanasia is debated in the Perspective of the dignity of the human person, understanding that many arguments for its prohibition are that in certain circumstances there is free and conscious will. Euthanasia runs through the question of the dignity of the human person, but without life, there is no dignity. All of its analysis goes through the consideration of constitutional rights to life and to a dignified life, and in addition, infraconstitutional issues concerning criminal law and the autonomy of the will. The methodology consists of doctrinal and jurisprudential research, in an interdisciplinary way, addressing itself to the research, scientific documents on bioethics, psychology, philosophy and medicine.
