However, the Law does not distinguish sexual orientation, much less gender and sex differences, but it makes clear the intention of gender protection, thus, the inclusion of transsexuals and male homosexual relations in the protective shelter. The need to deconstruct stereotypes and myths that still surround society, which even generates distortions, violence and prejudices between the genders, is now lost.
