This theme is related to the Legal Hermeneutics and concerns the casuistic perspective in this environment whose practice directly implies the conduct to be used after its use. The importance and merit of approaching a phenomenon such as hermeneutics is precisely to bring to the fore the relativization of the norm and explain the reason for the divergences of jurisprudence so common in the legal sphere. Hermeneutics can be framed in a literary reality so rich that it is prevented from measuring in a note; in this way, in order to monopolize this matter in a more objective way, the work "The Case of the Cave Explorers" was written by the now deceased professor of the Harvard law course, Lon Fuller, in 1949.
