2020-02-032020-02-032020-02-032019-12-05https://ri.ucsal.br/handle/prefix/1447The present work refers to Restorative Justice, abbreviated by "JR", which is a new model of Justice, different from the conventional process, aimed at conflict resolution results of personal relationships impaired by situations derived from crime. This new way of thinking is based on listening and aims at restoring relationships through restorative practices, dialogue, and damage repair, where all parties to the conflict are brought together to resolve the situation together. The research methodology is characterized as descriptive and applied with a predominantly qualitative approach. To elaborate the present work, the hypothetical-deductive scientific method will be used.
