In addition, a parallel is made with the theses of Nancy Fraser and Claudio Márcio do Carmo on the legal vulnerability of transsexual women in prison and the need for recognition and redistribution remedies. Once exposed, a jurisprudential analysis will be done regarding the minority group in question, where it will be possible to glimpse legal vulnerabilities and legislative victories. For this purpose, the deductive method will be used, with bibliographic, jurisprudential review and analysis of secondary data, with a qualitative approach.
