Regarding labor relations, especially in the legal practice of mass litigation, the application of technological innovations has gone beyond the simple purpose of a work tool and is now considered as a fundamental object in the legal field, the intellectual work of the lawyer, which entails, as a consequence, negative aspects regarding personal and professional performance as well as problems concerning the very essentiality of the individual.
