Linked to these factors, they are subject to social invisibility, violence and violation of access to health services. Objective: To know the health conditions and social vulnerabilities experienced by the street population. Methodology: This is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study. The research was carried out in the city of Salvador, in the neighborhood of Santo Antônio Além do Carmo. The population surveyed were street people served by a community center, in addition to the health team that works in the center. Results: It was possible to identify that the re-exposure to the street situation presents itself as an aggravation to the pathological conditions of the individuals, making them prone to relapse of the diseases, conditioning them to the re-treatment of the pathologies.
