Nívea da Silva Pereira Gonçalves, in the semester of 2018.2. Starting from how society and the State deal with individuals afflicted with personality disorder. The research is focused on the area of psychopathy and aimed primarily at adolescents. Through a reflection on The Delinquent Man, there is a need for the evolution of techniques applied by Cesare Lombroso. Leaving for a historical incursion we perceive the evolution in the context of Criminology about a new method of treatment to be made available by the State.
