Searching through research, why some people see animals as objects, bringing a legislative comparison between some state laws and still, making this comparison between the old federal legislation and after enacted Law 14.064/2020. Showing the process of creating this Law, what were its main points as bill no 1.095/2019 and also showing the trigger for its sanction.
