The study carried out part of the conceptual analysis through doctrines and jurisprudence, of the institutes that preceded it, as marriage, concubinage, stable union and all the family pluralism existing in the present day. It was studied its historical and legislative evolution, in order to understand the paths followed by Family Law to reach the advances achieved.
