This article aims to examine a new perspective on child labor, so that today it has been happening through social networks, as a clear demonstration of the digital reality to which society has been inserted. Therefore, the reflections start from the understanding of what child labor would be and how the doctrine of integral protection and the legislation regarding the protection of children and adolescents in relation to the right to professionalization have been implemented.
