2020-06-182020-06-182020-06-182020-06-15https://ri.ucsal.br/handle/prefix/1582The article seeks to analyze how the New Regulatory Framework for Pesticides published by the Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA) affects the rights of socio-biodiversity, highlighting the changes and violations of this new violation in guaranteeing these rights.
