The article goes beyond discussing the doctor's civil liability for the damage that occurred during childbirth, and understanding the circumstances of the occurrence of obstetric violence, which often occur in hospital settings. It discusses the role of women in childbirth, and how natural childbirth has brought this idea, which is the rising issue: natural natural childbirth.
