The main objective is to answer that question. Thus, the specific objectives are describing the legal protection (1988 Federal Constitution, infraconstitutional laws and doctrine) against racial discrimination in Brazil, with a focus on equal access to education, as well as reflecting on school evasion in high school in the geographical scope from document analysis. As a methodology, it covers bibliographic review and document analysis.
