    Stress urinary incontinence is defined as involuntary loss together with actions that increase the intra-abdominal pressure, therefore, women of any age can be affected, impairing the quality of life. OBJECTIVE: To Systematize knowledge about the the information about the intravaginal electrical stimulation effectiveness in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Systematic review with randomized assay papers that approach the intravaginal electrical stimulation in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence, in the databases PubMed, Cochrane, Scielo and Lilacs, without publication time limit and neither language. Search analyzed by two independent researchers, appreciated by the colaboration methodological quality Cochrane, using the Cochrane handbook for interventions tool, version 5.1.0. CONCLUSION: The Intravaginal electrical stimulation in the treatmen oft stress urinary incontinence is very effective, for improving the women quality of life, to improving or cure the symptoms of urinary loss
