Taking into account the events that used this instrument, which began in 2011, this dissertation aims to observe how was the process of transformationof communication andtheinclusionofthis new mediumtosociety, as well as whattheirinstrumentality, iethatsothismeans it operatesand spreads. For this, will be done here is a case study of the movement of the free pass (MPL), as this was the starting point to trigger the most current manifestations, this research will be applied a semi structured questionnaire to members and stakeholders that movement with spatial area in Salvador. Globalization was a process that brought significant changes to society, not only linked to a structural reform of information technology, but also as the social relations that no longer face to face, as in the early days and became mediated by means of communication. Among these means the Internet stands out as one that can have a range of mass quickly and interactively and be a means of transforming social relations. The Internet, unlike previously thought came to add the media already and not to replace them, today it is used as a space for public debate where they are on the agenda the most diverse topics of social interest. It was with this social character that social networks have become place for debate and organization of the demonstrations that took place in Brazil since 2011. The demonstrations occurred from the Free Pass Movement, began to be organized in discussion forums on the network and known social network , Facebook with it hundredsof people began to go claim the streets as guidelines, health, education and political reform. This dissertation back in its content the motivations of these manifestos, the extent to which social networks organize these actions and how society deals as this process. And behind a final observation that the new networks mobilize and organize the movement as well as changes the way of communication of society.
