(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2020-06-15) Lima, Mirna Bispo Santiago; Valverde, Thaianna de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Carvalho, Érica Rios de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/
The article seeks to analyze how the New Regulatory Framework for Pesticides published by the Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA) affects the rights of socio-biodiversity, highlighting the changes and violations of this new violation in guaranteeing these rights. The methodology used was a bibliographic review, documentary research and data collection, making it possible to verify that there is a normative flexibilization from the New Regulatory Framework allowing candidates for the evaluation and classification of pesticides to be less dangerous, producing harmful effects on the Rights of Brazilian sociodiversity and megabiodiversity, as the right to life and the environment.
