    Administração de conflitos interpessoais no processo de trabalho do gerente de enfermagem: uma revisão narrativa de literatura

    In the hospital context, the nurse is the leader of the nursing team and manages the health units, taking responsibility as mediator of the conflicting relationships of his team. OBJECTIVES: To identify in the academic literature articles that address the administration of interpersonal conflicts in the work process of the nursing manager. METHODOLOGY: Articles were selected, and scientific publications were selected from the virtual databases: SciELO, LILACS, MEDLINE, BDENF; comprised between 2010 and 2017, in Portuguese. RESULTS: Of the studies analyzed, ten of them brought relevant approaches to conflicts. DISCUSSION: The results presented in the form of thematic categories are as follows: Nursing leadership; The causes of conflicts and solutions to conflicts. CONCLUSION: However, the nurse's behavior to address the problem will depend on the perception optics in detecting the conflict, on the choice of strategy to negotiate it.
