    This paper is about domestic violence against women and the lack of supervision related to emergency protective measures of Law 11.340/06, known as Maria da Penha Act. The history of legal relations involving women is associated to exploitation conditions and it still has a great significance in nowadays statistics, correlated to gender’s violence. Beyond, is possible to see that in consequence of this deficiency in management of emergency protective measures, the State needs to invest more in this issue.
