    The present scientific article will have an approach related to Practical Violence against women riding the public transport, and through a succinct analysis this theme seeks to impel an advanced study and several discussions, embarking and directing the law institute that is based on the ordering legislation in the search for protection of the female gender. The aspects covered will be from the types of violence committed, the legal mechanisms, the methods of protective measures adopted, in the explicit way as the libidinous or obscene act committed by a user that offends the sexual freedom of the user of the public transport service affects a whole.
