This work aims to research natural humanized childbirth, as well as the risks and benefits of this type of delivery, analyzing professional responsibility in the influence of childbirth choice. The article goes beyond discussing the doctor's civil liability for the damage that occurred during childbirth, and understanding the circumstances of the occurrence of obstetric violence, which often occur in hospital settings. It discusses the role of women in childbirth, and how natural childbirth has brought this idea, which is the rising issue: natural natural childbirth. This article explains some benefits resulting from this mode of delivery, confronting the growing use of cesarean delivery, related to the instrumentalization of medicine, and the mechanization of delivery.
