(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2019-01-23) Silva, Daniel Rasec Rocha; Araújo, Ricardo Ramos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Leão, Ilton; http://lattes.cnpq.br
The objective of this article is to avoid any conflicts that give rise to legal uncertainty regarding the performance of brokerages specialized in crypto-currencies and, consequently, their responsibilities for the proper operations. This theme is in growing interest because of the notorious expansion of the crypto-coins (as Bitcoin's most famous example). The crypto-coins have everything to be the future of the financial market and, with this, the Brazilian (and worldwide) legal order can not be omitted on the subject. In short, the article aims to clarify the rights of brokerage clients in the face of Brazilian consumerism.
