Item Adoção Intuitu Personae sob a ótica do melhor interesse da criança e o Cadastro Único(Universidade Catolica de Salvador, 2020-06-26) Souza, Maria Isabel Santos; Matos Júnior, Roberto de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Santos, Darlã Conceição; http://lattes.cnpq.br/This article aims to present the modality of adoption intuitu personae and its main characteristics based on the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, Law no. 8,069 of 1990, and the changes brought about by the enactment of the National Adoption Law, Law no. 12,010 of 2009. This theme is extremely important, as it will also present the limits that must be observed in relation to the National Register, at the moment of the ideal choice of the future parents of these juveniles. Based on Brazilian doctrine, jurisprudence and scientific articles, this article aims to demonstrate a parallel between the possibility and the impossibility of adopting intuitu personae, based on the constitutional principles applied to Family Law, especially the principle of the best interest of the child.
