The purpose of this paper is to analyze Bill 4,211 / 2012, which, even when filed, brings a proposal to regulate the exercise of the activity of sex workers, with a view to granting rights resulting from a lawful employment relationship. The guiding question of the present study is; to what extent could Bill 4,111 / 12 (Gabriela Leite) contribute by ensuring social protection for the practice of prostitution? The method of approach used in its construction was the bibliographic review (applied to concepts present in books, dissertations, theses, articles related to the theme) and document analysis (to PL 4.211 / 12, articles of the Federal Constitution, CLT). The work is structured in 4 chapters, where it defines prostitution, as well as its legal framework systems; in the second chapter, an analysis of the bill that aims to regulate the activity of sex workers; in the third, it addresses the provision of sexual services and the employment relationship, at the end an analysis of the provision of sexual services is made in the Brazilian Classification of Occupations - CBO. The result of the present study points to a certain inconsistency in the Gabriela Leite project.
