    The use of design strategies that aim to achieve the user's well-being in different types of buildings, promotes their psychological, physical and mental restoration. In establishments directly concerned with health recovery, the use of concepts such as neuroscience applied to architecture, environmental psychology and biophilia make building a direct agent in the recovery of patients. Based on studies in these areas, it is possible to obtain reliable results for the execution of an evidencebased project. The present work aims to investigate these concepts and apply them in the elaboration of the architectural, urban and landscape design of a Neurorehabilitation Center in the city of Lauro de Freitas, Bahia.

    The present work refers to the research carried out for the elaboration of the architectural, urban and landscape de- sign of a Cinematographic Pole, located in the city of Sal- vador / BA, directed to the production of audiovisual, with the implementation of functional and creative environmen- ts, bringing the architecture as a fundamental part of this production. In this way, the proposed object will also act as an element of transformation in the community, impacting mainly on the young people of the region. The methodology used took place through bibliographical and documentary research, field visits, studies of the infrastructure of the im- mediate surroundings, having as product the elaboration of the architectural project and its complementaries. The Cine- matographic Pole is expected to have a considerable impact on society, not only by rescuing cinema in Bahia as an archi- tectural landmark in the city.
